We understand that moving can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress, which is why we're here to ensure your transition into your new living space is as smooth as possible. This page is your comprehensive resource for everything you need to know leading up to and on move-in day. From essential paperwork to handy tips, we've got you covered.

Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/16/2024, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/16/2024. Please arrive at 1369 W Stadium Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701 no earlier than your unit’s scheduled move-in time. When you arrive, please follow our traffic signs that will lead you to the Check In Station. After you pick up your keys at the Check In Station, please park in your assigned parking section listed on your parking addendum (for example: Surface, Garage, Finley). Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

11:00 am - 1:00 pm Buildings: 5, 11, and 12
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Buildings: 2,4, 13 and 15
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Buildings: 3, 14, 16 and 17

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

  1. ENTER HERE: Enter from South Razorback RD (ONLY) Go down W Stadium DR and take the first right
  2. FAST PASS CHECK-IN: Follow traffic control, signs and staff who will be outside to direct you to the check-in station. Collect your move-in packet (photo ID will be required)
  3. PARKING: After check in and collecting your move in day packet, you will park in your assigned parking section listed on your parking addendum (for example: Surface, Garage, Finley)
  4. RESIDENT SERVICE TENT: If you need assistance or have any inquiries after moving in, head to our Resident Service Tent for support and some refreshments!
  5. EXIT 

Fast-Pass Move-In Checklist

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Checklist

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/01/2024. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Resident Portal

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - purchase liability insurance and provide proof of coverage to the leasing office or do nothing. If no action is taken, you will be automatically enrolled in the Landlord Liability Protection Program. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Make sure you have created your ResidentPortal. Go paperless and go green! Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to ResidentPortal where you can pay your bill.
